Drag & Drop Dispatch

Simply click a driver’s icon and drag it to a call icon, or click a call icon and drag it to the driver’s icon. The whole process of assigning a driver to a call, sending the call information to his pager, and clearing him off his previous call is all done with a single drag & drop.

Mobile Time Stamps (Two-Way)

Drivers are able to remotely time stamp the progression of the call by selecting the following statuses: call confirm, arrived, en route, destination arrived, and finished. Each such update adds a new time stamp, status label, and corresponding color code to the dispatch screen.

Automatic Re-Paging

Accountability can sometimes be an issue, and for that reason the Re-Page feature forces the dispatcher or driver to confirm every call. If a call is not confirmed by a dispatcher or driver within a user-defined time period (for example, 5 minutes), the driver’s status on the dispatch screen will become red, and Dispatch Anywhere will re-page that driver every 5 minutes until the call is confirmed.

Mobile Driver Finishing

Drivers may remotely finish calls by selecting Finish on their mobile device. This will time stamp the call as Finished, move it to the Finished area, clear the driver from the call, and verbally alert the dispatcher that the call is complete.

Verbal & Sound Audio Alerts

Dispatch Anywhere has two voice alert systems: one may be turned on to alert a dispatcher of a driver finishing a call; the other will alert a supervisor or manager to any call changes made by a dispatcher, such as canceling or adding a new call to the system.

Mobile Data Update

Drivers may remotely send information, such as ticket and VIN numbers, back to Dispatch Anywhere.

Real-Time Auto-Pricing

Each call is priced automatically by service, using the customer’s pricing template. Upon assigning the call, itemized pricing and call information is sent to the driver’s pager.

Request Call Information

Dispatchers may request information, such as VIN numbers, ticket numbers, or ETAs, from a driver’s pager. This information is automatically saved in the proper fields when the driver responds.

Color-Coded Required Fields

Any field in a customer’s template may be flagged as a Required field. These fields are color-coded and may be set at one of three different levels. The Required to Save level will force a call taker to fill in fields, such as Phone Numbers, before the call taker may save that call information. The Required to Finish level will force a dispatcher to fill in fields, such as VIN Numbers, before the call can be moved out of Assigned status. Finally, the Required to Post level will force office personnel to input information, such as P.O. numbers, before posting.

Visual Dispatch

View and dispatch all jobs and trucks on a map in real-time. Color coded icons let you know the status and required truck type for each call. Simply hover your mouse over a call icon to view the details as well as easily assign and timestamp your calls. Works with or without GPS.

GPS

GPS brings dispatching and reporting to a whole new level. Drivers can be monitored every minute of the day and every step of the way with in-dash units or GPS-enabled cell phones. Know when and for how long drivers stop, and check driver speeds and PTO activation. All information can be viewed either in real time, or in GPS reports.

Customizable Dispatch Screen

The dispatch screen is completely customizable, allowing the advanced user to design a dispatch screen to fit his needs or keep a simple screen for the dispatcher in training. Single- and double-line dispatch screens, movable windows, sizable fields, and the right-click dispatch menu are just some of these available features.

Broadcast Dispatching

Broadcast Dispatching provides extremely large dispatch centers, or dispatchers who do not know the area, with the ability to broadcast a single call to multiple drivers. The first driver to confirm the message will get a confirmation page back from Dispatch Anywhere, and the system will automatically assign the call to that driver.

Call, Driver & Vehicle Sorting

All grids can be sorted and grouped in an infinite number of ways. For example, during slow times drivers may be standing by waiting for assignments. With a single mouse click the dispatcher may group the drivers in order of clearance time since last call, to determine who deserves the next call.

Icon & Color-Coded Priorities

Calls on the dispatch screen may be displayed by an icon and/or color-coded for different priorities, such as police emergencies, to help a dispatcher determine importance when dispatching.

Zone Dispatching

Zone dispatching gives the dispatcher the ability to identify what zone drivers will clear and what jobs are closest to his clear zone.

Assignment Stacking

Multiple assignments may be sent to a single driver at one time. Each call may be individually time stamped and finished remotely by the driver.
