Pre-designed reports are divided into categories for fast access and can be configured with security settings to allow only qualified personnel to view sensitive information. All reports can be printed, emailed, and faxed. They can also be viewed in Beacon's Report Viewer, Microsoft® Excel® Spreadsheet, Adobe® Acrobat® PDF, HTML, and Comma Delimited Text formats.

Custom Report Builder
 
Custom reports may be designed by selecting any number of fields and values. This allows for a virtually unlimited amount of reports.

Quick Search Reports
 
The Quick Search Report option finds calls by date ranges, types of vehicles, divisions, areas of impound, and many other options. This feature may be accessed from anywhere in the system and is best when quick information is needed, such as number of calls per day or canceled calls within a date range.

Sample: Calls By Day of Week
 
This pre-designed report displays the percentage of calls received on certain days. This report is great when trying to schedule employees to cover peak times for maximum efficiency.

Sample: Finish Call Log
 
Compare the driver's tickets with calls that were assigned to that driver within a certain shift. This report gives detailed information on each call, price of each call, average price per call, and total price of all calls.
