Accounting is a large part of every business and it's a very important piece of Dispatch Anywhere. Because accounting is generally a complex task, Dispatch Anywhere Accounting was designed to simplify that work by remaining specific to the transportation service industry. Tasks like pricing, billing, collecting, and paying drivers are now a logical and fast process. However, where the built-in accounting system shines the most, even after simplifying all these processes, is in its flexibility.

For instance, pricing invoices can be a real problem. Some customers are charged by miles, some have free miles, some are charged from zone to zone, some are charged differently based on time of day, and some are charged based on method of payment (for example, cash or credit). There can be as many different ways of charging as there are customers for any given company. Dispatch Anywhere will handle all these methods automatically, with no pricing input from the dispatcher. For example, the auto-pricing feature is integrated with the TowMap system. This feature calculates the miles towed on any job, and then totals the mileage charges before the customer is off the phone.

Want to give customers discounts and show them on invoices? Dispatch Anywhere allows service discounts and provides multiple ways to show them. Show retail rates with a discount, so that customers can see what they are saving. Also, mark up account invoices before they are shown to the clients' customers. Furthermore, account templates can be set up so full retail rates are shown on invoices, whereas discounted rates are show on statements at month's end. With faxing and emailing capabilities, invoices and statements are optionally sent directly from Dispatch Anywhere to customers.

Driver Commissions are also fully adjustable. Variables that this features takes into account include: customer, time of day, type of service, percentage or dollar amount, and so on. Commissions are also adjustable on the fly with any service.
